Answers:

  1. What is your cancellation policy?
For cancellations more than 72 hours prior to the time of the reservation there will be no charges above the loss of the deposit (15% of total). For cancellations within 48-72 hours prior to the time of the reservation you will be charged 25% of the base + 12% HST on this amount (deposit will be applied to this total). For cancellations 24-48 hours prior to the time of the reservation you will be charged 50% of the base + 12% HST on this amount (deposit will be applied to this total). For cancellations within 24 hours of the reservation you will be charged 100% of the base + 12% HST on this amount (deposit will be applied to this total), as it becomes very difficult for us to make up the lost reservation date and time.

  2. I am arriving on an international flight to Vancouver International Airport (YVR), where will your driver/host meet me?
Our driver/host will meet you in the chauffeur waiting area, which is located just after you clear customs and pickup your luggage, but before you leave the secure area. The driver will have a greeting sign with yours and/or your parties name on it. Please see popup.png the map of the international arrivals area and look for the red "X".

  19. If you are the "Cadillac" of Vancouver limousines why don't you have stretched Escalades instead of Excursions?
Unfortunately Transport Canada does not allow the stretched Escalade limousine, Hummer limo, and a bunch of other limousine vehicles that you see on the Internet or in cities like New York and Los Angeles into Vancouver. Believe us, we tried. The reason is that these vehicle's platforms are not sold by the manufacturers in a configuration that is meant to be modified into a stretched limousine. Vehicles that are meant to be modified into a limousine, hearse, limo bus, etc. have re-enforced chassis, beefed up engines, transmissions, braking and cooling systems right from the manufacturer, thus not leaving the durability of these critical components, and your safety, in the hands of the specialty vehicle modifier or "coach builder". In order to maintain a high quality vehicle standard we have purchased our stretched Excursion SUVs from Krystal Koach, a limousine and specialty vehicle manufacturer who has 25 years experience in the design and manufacture of limousines. We have spared no expense to bring you the best stretched SUV limousine experience possible in Vancouver and the Lower Mainland area. Enjoy!
